iMissive respects your privacy and provides users and business customers with the right to request deletion of personal data associated with our services.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Use the subject:

Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your company or business name, if applicable
  • Your WhatsApp phone number, if applicable
  • A description of the data or account you want deleted

We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

After verifying your request, iMissive will delete or anonymize the applicable data in accordance with applicable laws, contractual requirements, and legitimate record-retention obligations.

Some data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, billing, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
